ANALOG - ANALOG COMPUTER SIMULATOR
(MSDOS only)

Analog computing offers many advantages over digital modeling for continuous system simulation. ANALOG is a digital simulation of a classical analog computer, and as such combines some of the best features of both.

In ANALOG, the normal analog computer patch panel is simulated by specifying the interconnections between the 32 types of computational blocks available. Through the use of the appropriate combination of these blocks. the response of time-dependent systems may be determined.

You may order and number blocks in any fashion desired, and you may select either the 2nd or 4th order Runge-Kutta technique. Some of the outstanding features of ANALOG are:

O Interactive control

O Dynamic configuration modification

O Dynamic initial condition and parameter modification

O Large simulation capacity with 250 elements or blocks

O Graphic and/or Printed numerical output

O Runge-Kutta integration

O Dynamic selection of 2nd & 4th order integration

O Automatically scaled graphics

O Menu driven

O File output for use with other programs

O Configurations may tbe developed on line and saved in a file

O 32 block types available

O Dynamic help level control

O 14 Primary commands

O Function generators with dynamic control

O Mnemonic commands

O Dynamic display of the Simulation Time

ANALOG is supplied with a detailed manual (on disk) which includes examples.
