Gain curves are presented both in graphic and tabular form, and for any selected future date. Round-trip commission and margin requirements are calculated, and net profit tables are printed. Because option prices fluctuate around the normal values, the profit in any hedge position varies from day to day.

A third program is included to let the investor follow the progress on a daily basis. It takes only a minute to input the latest stock and option prices and get a printout showing the profit if the position is closed that day.

The manual consists of two parts. The first is an introduction to option terms and general advice. The second contains a demonstration of the use of the program with typical examples.
